Position Overview: We are hiring a PRN RN/LPN to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with strong clinical skills. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and ensure the well-being of patients.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and implement nursing interventions as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide effective and efficient nursing care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse or LPN license in the state of AR or compact state.
BLS required
ACLS and PALS preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience:
Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred but not required.
New graduates with a strong academic background and clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
